Port forwarding help

Looking for some info on port forwarding for my S11 as i heard it helps with freezing, i have a bt homehub and i do it with my xbox360 as the settings are preconfigured in the hub for xbox but i just need to know what settings for my openbox.

You dont need to port forward if your box is just a client.. Its only needed if your box is working as a server..
