    Openbox S11 freezing problem

Wonder if anyone can help with this please?
I have an S11 and just occasionally the picture freezes up and it comes up no signal. If I then change channel and go back again it is usually OK, but sometimes it freezes again. This started off on BBC1 HD, then ITV1 HD, but it has now started on BBC1 South SD. All other channels so far seem OK.
I have had the Openbox for 2 weeks from new. I have got 90% signal strength and 75-77% signal intensity. When it freezes this drops to 45% and 10%, and the picture will not return until I flick channels. I have an 80cm Sky dish and a 18m run of shotgun cable. I suspected the LNB, but tried my mates spare one, and no difference.

This is my first satellite setup, so any help would be great, thanks!!

Thanks for that, only thing is its intermittent, my mate would not be to impressed with flicking through channels for hours just hoping it would freeze up at some point, or not as the case may be! But I take your point, maybe get the dish setup checked again.
