openbox s11 hd

i have the above box,its new,loaded firmware thats on my other s11 box
but channels are scrambled on new box but they work on my old box

any ideas please as im stumped

my other boxes have dhcp off
i tryed it with it on still no diffrence
cant understand my blade and other openbox work,but this is saying scrambled

hi mate just ,go through things one at a time power to lan on, dhcp on, line active, and check the settings for the sat, universal ect i was hours after an upgrade with the same till i checked that, was driving me mad, two minutes later or correct and running, hope you get it working

Am i right in thinking when you say you loaded the firmware thats on your other box.So you saved it from box 1 and then flashed onto box 2 ??????????????

If thats the case it wont work because your using the same line 2 boxes = 2 lines...................

i have 2 lines from diffrent suppliers,which in total is 4 lines as i got 2 lines from each,so i can use these lines on 4 boxes if need be,i paid xtra
firmware was same i used on both openboxes

only thing i can think off is try factory reset a diffrent firmware and channel list, get them off here ,at least that way you will know its a faulty box

Mate...so it was a faulty box....Nice that the seller replaced it for u..whom did u buy it from ?? Who is this seller....I am planning to buy one as well...Thanks in advance.
