Openbox s10 won't scan for channels help please

hi i have recently bought a openbox s10 and i am using a skydish for the receiver i live in the uk so iv been trying to find the correct satellite i think its 28.2E but when i scan for channels it says "NO PROGRAMMES FOUND!" can anyone help i am new to this.

28.2e is correct for Sky channels, make sure the cable from box to dish is all good. Was the skydish used before ok, or have you put it up yourself?

Maybe try downloading a channel list from here and putting that on your box...

i have a sky+ hd box which i am using in the mean time on the same dish that works fine .i have a uk sky channel list installed on the openbox the signal is 68%-90% but no channles come on i just cant find out why.
