Tool 0.5 by MST wont accept my boot_logo?

As the titel i have tryed making my own custom back logos and boot logos using many diffrent tuts and Tool 0.5 by MST gives me a error when trying to change them? any help would be great thankyou

Back_logo was no problem to change.
Boot _logo I could never change and always said wrong size.I used batchdvdstreamsconverter (free) and made sure the original pic was big and reduced it to proper size.
The lan manager program lets you change via ethernet,which is a lot faster for experimenting.

thanks i have tryed that and no luck. i have downloaded many custom back grounds and Tool 0.5 by MST takes them no problem
