Skybox M3 - Lan Issues

Hi

My skybox m3 wont connect via lan to the internet.
Router shows box connected and the ip address matches the ip showing in the network page.
DCHP is set to ON (which my router is also set to)
The LAN port lights show green.
However when do the weather check (London or Manchester) noting is returned and no error is displayed.

any ideas?

having same problem but my LAN port lights show amber
will not change to green tryed wifi box says its connected but getting no pay channles cline is in the box and activated can anyone help thanks

Sorry the lan port on the router shows orange/yellow, the lan port on the skybox shows green (on the left) and yellow flicker on the right.
the box has worked previously, but somebody tested the box using wifi bridge (which worked ok) but now doesnt work with my router.
I have done factory reset and reflashed but still doesnt connect
