Problem with cline and newscamd on Openbox s9

Every time I add either a cline or nline that are activated by server the box says its offline and doesn't open the channel
Can anyone help?

Make sure DCHP is enabled and that there isn't a fault with your ethernet cable. Can you see the box connected to your LAN in the router settings? Also did you reboot the box?
