Skybox f3 - scrambled -goes offline after a while

Hi,

I just got a skybox f3, and set up cccam etc. I connect via wifi.

It worked well for a hour, however when i tried it next day it went from online to offline/login.

I assumed it must be server side. So i contacted the provider and they reset it and gave me a new port and .cfg file.

I updated via usb the next day and it worked. But then I tried again a few hours later and it was offline!

The server guy says its not a problem at their side,

Any one got any ideas, or know how I can check?

It's not really possible as my router is upstairs, and my tv is downstairs

Before you start messing with firmware flashing (which always carries a risk of bricking your box) you should really try a wired connection first, to rule out poor wifi signal performace in your home from being the cause..
