Hi,

I have just setup my skybox. I cant seem to get the satellite to move off SKY UK though. I want to receive Hotbird 13e but can't see it anywhere in the menu.

I've flashed with "the dogs bolloxs" - not sure if thats any good?

Any help would be great.

Add the Satellite into your satellites list, then scan for channels..

Dont these boxes come with manuals anymore... The ones Ive bought did...

Yes it does come with a manual, not a terribly helpful one. Luckily there are decent people like you willing to help!

also... under satellite settings check the motor settings are on, use usals, then select the sats you want to use and the dish 'should' turn to the one selected.
