open box help lost channels

hi was receving all the channels using a test line from a server, bought a sub and iv lost alot of the asian channels, iv rescanned a few times but no luck. alot of the channels are working just missing the asian channels, i have deleted my channels and rescanned still no difference. spoken to my sub provider and everything on his side is fine, what could be the problem?

What do you mean youve lost the channels. Are you saying thay are still there and showing "scrambled".

Just seen youve rescanned are the "missing" channels there after a scan and they are showing "scrambled".

hi no the channels are appearing as scrambled, thats before i rescanned but its the same thing after iv done the rescan, do you no of anything it could be? thanks

Are your other $ channels working if so I would think that you are only seeing the free asian channels and that your sealion provider is not paying for $ asian channels.

To check you could try another test line.

well he should be, and when i change over quickly over to channels it says newcamd but then goes off and comes up scrambled
