Iv just got hold of a Openbox put it on watching skysports after about a min it just freezs can anyone help plzz

all channels apart from free view ones like itv

sounds like it is your provider check with them mate.

hi iv check with them thay saying its all working there end must b my end iv try'ed everthink thanks for all your help

if your signal and internet is ok i would say it is down 2 provider mate,u said u have just got the box did it come with a gift or did u get yer own sub

what you could do mate to be sure your side is ok ping the server and also do trace route to track your connection instead of ping type tracert followed by domain name it will show your connection route I have no doubt Shaunfree is right tho more often than not it's the provider

Iv find the problem when plug the ethernet cable in its not connecting to my modem the to lights on the back of the box r not flashing iv try it on my brothers aswell and it's the some
