openbox x3 newbie needs help

Hi bought a openbox with 1 month gift card installed easily but me signal on all sats read 45% and 10% quality need some help also do I need a easily good signal to get channels through gift card.

your signals crap mate, either dish is off a bit or you may need an inline booster/amp can be found on ebay for a few quid

Cheers mate so you don't think it's anything to do with the coaxial wire? Cause when I've put the box down stairs I'm getting 75% signal but the same quality 10%

If it's the same dish, then yes it could be the cable (or connectors)
To prove this, swap the cables round at the lnb.
Also, try another receiver (sky box?) to check signal levels.

I've just tried me old technomate tm-5500 daci and the same signal and quality.
