openbox s11 newbe needs help please

Hi got my s11 hd pvr today put my sky card in the front but channels i do get on sky box aint working on openbox .
i will be looking at cccam servers is there updates i need to flash first if so which ones, sorry to be such a pain thanks for any help in advance
