SkyBox F3 Complete Freeze :(

I bought a skybox f3 sometimes after selecting a channel then pressing epg or exit button to take off the epg. The screen completely freezes (also no sound) and i am unable to do anything except turn box off by the switch on the back to get the skybox back on to a working state.

Does anyone know what is causing this?

The firmware i have at the moment is captains "something" and latest channel list

Try re flashing the firmware or a different version

It seems to happen a bit there was a new firmware release last friday to deal with this issue

i have this problem too even after software update

hmm I will try updating the software see if helps any, the problem may happen once or twice a day just bit of ball ache

Just looked on skybox.cc (hope its alright putting here) i dont know if that is the official Skybox website but on downloads, their latest firmware is 20/9/2012 and their saying "Solved the epg switching European language crash problems" i am guessing thats the problem which mine has at the moment
