Openbox S10 - Server saying OFFLINE / LOADING

Hi,

I have an openbox S10. The server (N Line) I have has been enabled for multiroom viewing i.e. multiple boxes at the same time.

On box #1 this is working fine, on box #2 the status is just showing as OFFLINE / LOADING.

I've tried plugging just box #2 in, using the same satellite cable and network cable and it's still not working.

The box has been used by a friend previously. Could there be some settings in it somewhere that are preventing connection?

is dhcp on or off,try that

Tried it with both on & off

I've updated the firmware also, with no luck

it seems to me the n line is not for mutiroom and has been set to first ip

meaning when you connect a 2nd box it wont connect on that line

Is there a line anyone can provide me to test that the box doesn't have other underlying issues? My provider may take a while to get back to me
