PVR playback on openbox S10?

I just got an Openbox S10. The receiver recognizes the external drive; I see a red button on the screen when I press "record". I cannot playback though. On the Media menu I cannot move to the "record" submenu. The first box just stays highlighted. Thanks for your help!

Thanks a lot!! Love the intuitive interface (ha, ha). Are any current manuals available for this? I have one "fridgeFTA"...no reference to this.
