I was watching BBC HD and tried switching the titles but it did not work. It says "No Data" . Then i went to BBC1 and was able to switch on the titles for the same programme. Same is happening with other movies Hd channels. Is it a known bug or something wrong with the box. My software version is 3601hd_04_09_2012_072f. OEM id is 0001, Main Chip Ali3601 HD and memory size DDR2 , 128M
Also is that 7 day EPG missing. Only now and next is available for all the channels.
Please advice if there is any way to fix it.
