If you only want "Freesat" then you'd be better buying a Freesat Box from Argos or Currys. Theres a fair few good channels on "Freesat" that you just will not get on a "FreetoAir" box like Openbox/Skybox, and a Freesat box will have a proper EPG, unlike Skybox and Openbox, which practically has no real useful EPG...

The advantage of having a Skybox/Openbox is that they can be used to receive many other countries satellite TV aswell as UK satellite... And they can also be configured to receive non Free to Air channels, like all the Sky channels, but its considered illegal..

If you know you want a Skybox or Openbox for more than Free to Air channels, then choose either the Skybox F3 or M3 ... If you want "Freesat" then buy any Freesat box..

The only real advantage I see with the F4 is that you can bung a simm card in it to connect to internet.. Dunno if thats worth the extra cost...

If you're used to Linux boxes then you would get a much more capable receiver if you went that route... I was looking at this one earlier today, and its not that expensive, only about 80 quid...
