Hello all..
I'm new on here and was wondering if anyone can help.
I bought an openbox a week ago and when I switched it on today the power wouldn't come on.There is power some where because the router is on with the usb.
Would be grateful if anyone could help.

these questions may sound silly but i have to ask,
1,is this box brand new or second hand.
2,have you checked fuse in plug.
3,have you actually turned it on at rear of box.
4,is there any lights showing on front of box.
please get back and let me know.

Yes the box is new and was working.
The fuse is ok.
No there is no lights on at the front.

like "on" ?

No nothing at all.There has to be power somewhere because my wifi bridge is powered with the usb cable.

i would get in touch with the seller,if it is still under warrantee he should be able to replace your box free of charge.
