S12 on Motorised Dish showing no signal, please help

Hello, I had a working S12 on motorised dish. I decided to update the firmware and download a TV channel list. I forgot what the settings were, whether it was Disecq 1.2 or ULAS but entered my location's longitude and lattitude info. Must've done something wrong in the Antenna setup , as I was checking to see if I could increase signal strength by using the West and East Option, must've pressed "Go to X" too. And after the changes when I checked the BBC1 I saw "No Signal". Then did a blind scan on 28.2E and it found channels on 0.8W ??

    Is there a way to re-adjust ??

Does anyone have the manual ?

    Any help is appreciated !

    Thanks

All I can do is watch channels on 0.8W

Does anyone know in Glasgow who could re-align the dish or check the motor ?

Make sure you've entered your log and lat accurately, then set all satellites as USALS in motor settings... Thats all you should have to do if your dish was installed properly...

Thanks for your reply. I've already tried to reset to factory default, then added a few satellites, set USALS, set longitude and latitude according to a website like this: Rosneath Rd, Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute G84, UK

        so 56.02N and 4.82W

the told receiver to search for channels but dish isn't moving at all.

Is the dish setting power ON?
