channels gone help skybox f3

hello

got a problem got skybox f3 with all channels loaded and i decided like a nob to update to add wifi manager as i couldn't get the WiFi to work so i updated this file
SKYBOX_F3_M3_USB WIFI_3601HD_CMT_120510073E.abs

and it rebooted but all channels/list have gone, i turned it off then turned it back on it and goes straight to the menu screen

please can anybody give me some help/advice

I think what you need to do is just download a channel list from here.. Eg aj's channel list... Put it on a USB and update your box with it..
Plently of tutorials on here.. If I can do it anyone can

Was your box capable of viewing $ channels? It wont be anymore, you would have wiped out the config for that too... oops...

i know its not of any use to u the now
but always back up to usb before any changes

thanks for getting back and yeah i could view $ channels before i did a dog Shiite maneuver
is there any tutorials how to get every thing back online

Download a channel list from here and put it on your box via usb...

If you bought the box with everything already preconfigured for your $ channels, you'll need to speak with your box provider to get the $ channels sorted...
