Hi ALL
I have a F3 Box which is great but as it does not have a scart socket (Didn't realise when i bought it) I can not connect my DVD recorder to it. I am therefore thinking of buying the F4 box.
Has anyone tried the F4 Box or know anything about them?
I don't want to lash out again unless I know my DVD recorder would connect okay.

Why not just buy a scart to phono cable?

But, if you want to record with the best quality then you really would be better off recording from the box to a hard disk or memory stick, then burning the recording to DVD on your PC. Your DVD would then be a far superior picture quality compared to recording Composite video from your box to DVD recorder...

Thanks to Wurz and Nibblitz.

I shall give your ideas a go and try the Phono scart connections off my F3 before I lash out for an F4.
They would seem to be the answer.
Once again it shows how useful these Forums can be.
