    Sky F3 Box freezing/Scrabbling

Hi, I recently got a Sky F3 Box installed but pretty much everytime i watch it (mostly movies or football) i get this freezing/glitchy and sometimes it goes off completely and scrabbles, Some days are worse than others and the odd time it will be fine.

I am on o2 internet with o2 box iv, The signal strength on box is 75%-85% and its a Ethernet direct into router and speed test ive done says ping 25, download 6.08 and upload 0.94

    Any help please?

    Thanks

You could try rebooting your router with box switched on, then reboot your box. Dont have any other devices connected to your router when you try it.

I had this problem, are you using a channel list? That could being doing that, i used AJ's latest one and never had an issue since. Im not an expert at these things but thats what sorted out my issue.

I tried to reset whilst it was switched on and its still the same, the signal intensity is 85% and quality 75%, I am not sure about the channel list it came with whatever the guy put on it

check on fta channels - if still freezzing that mean you got problem with your dish , so check all FF connectors if you dont have freezzes that could be network card in your box, ruther , broadband, or card server. check your box on friends dish system that will show you its box issue or you system at home
