Skybox M3

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help me. I purchased two new Skybox
M3 receivers and can seem to get the settings correct on the systems for the Antenna's. I have tried to duplicate the settings from my Skybox S12 and still cant get them to go? Can anyone advise me how to receive stations? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried putting channel list on?

HI, No not yet...I thought I needed the Antenna setting first?

load list and check 28.2 first.

I have checked 28.2 and have the lost loaded but is still not bringin anything through?

when you loaded list did you reboot box and are cables all fine also dish?

Yes, I re booted the box, I currnetly have a skybox S12, which is working fine, I just switched the cables over, dont understand why it wont go?

Does the channel list show up on f3.

It does yes, shows up on the M3, same as the S12

check lnb settings is set to universal (9750-10600)
check lnb power on

Have it going now, I swapped the cable going in to the box to the other connection, of the two in the back, and it is going fine, Do you know were I would get a channel list for N Ireland? as in UTV rather than ITV? Thanks

Thanks for your help, will take a look at it later, it's all very interesting this satellite stuff, got a couple of vu duos, bricked one, then learnt that the v2.0 can be unbricked, were as the other cant, do you know is this true?

Hi again , does anyone know if you can get iplayer onto the skybox m3? Or what would be the best, cheapest way if doing this? Thanks
