    help please ?? :(

    hi im a newbie here i have done some research but not having any luck as it is all too confusing lmao ... i live in the uk and i have been told that if i get a skybox f3 or dreambox etc i can recieve sky sports etc i have seen a dreambox for ?55 on ebay but i dont know where to start could somebody please heeeellllpopppp

      Unless you have some knowledge about FTP I would steer clear of Dreambox. F3 will be easier but you wont be able to receive Sports so easy.

                      So what do you guys reckon then a skybox f3/?? Because I can pick 1 up for 40-50? on eBay... with factory settings and then do I have to put the firmware on and stuff my self??

                          Buy an F3 for 40 to 50 quid on ebay, its probably the best cheap box out of all the others in similar price range... You dont need to change firmware, changing firmware will not change how many channels you get, all it might do is make it go tits up and then not work at all...

                          You're on the wrong forum for learning how to do other things with the box, things that you will have to do if you want more than just the free channels... This forum dont allow for talking about the how to do the other things, but there are many other forums out there where you can gain all the knowledge you'll need to get the box to do what you want... Good luck with it...
