Openbox S10 Ethernet problem

Hi everyone....
I have had this openbox for about a year bought from ebay its a clone.... Well, yesterday, we had alot of thunder and lightning... i never worried because the openbox was off during the period of the rain... Today when i put it on, its working but the ethernet does not work. Even the green and orange colored light of the ethernet port do not blink anymore... I tried the ethernet cable with my DM 500 and it works fine... I think the ethernet is friend. Anywhere I can get a replacement? Will updating the openbox fix this... i need help pls... thanks

it doesnt sound good m8, you could try a re-flash as it wont do no harm but it looks like it could have blown. you could contact the suppliers in PRC and see if they will sell you a replacement lan board as it wont cost too much but its probably going to need soldering in and for the price of a new f3 is it worth the agro? regards mdt
