Newbie Sly Sports 2 SD but not HD and 3 HD but not SD

Newbie using Dougs modified version of AJs Sly list
    Openbox S11

I have both HD and SD Sly Sports channels configured, however I can see 2HD but not 2SD and conversely can see 3SD but not HD? Both say no signal.. Similarly I have Sly Premier Movies +1 but not Sly Premier Movies

Is this a setup issue, Would it matter (frequencies) where I Live? (NI)?

        Cheers guys.
Signal varies .. Trees - not mine!! bit of an issue at times.
However I would tend towards LNB.. The one that is up there is a quad I put in myself, and what would I know!

I have an installer coming round to see if dish can be moved to somewhere with better signal.. he'll know the right LNB.

Did a search.. of course I didn't know problem would be linked to LNB, though I should have done more research. Following 'other' thread advice I disconnected the Freesat connection (only using 2 of 4 on LNB) and hey presto channels are there ..
            Thanks
