you start the loader and hit next,then turn the receiver on with the switch in the back at a casual rate.The loader actually gives you minutes to turn the receiver on.I once had the rs232 cable disconnected and I started the loader then had to connect the cable and turn the receiver on and it still worked.If the receiver is already on when you start the loader you get the stb memory error even on a working receiver.The files I posted always worked for me,I used to kill my s10 daily and recover.If nothing works you must have a mainboard problem,like red led on all the time.
