Pc or laptop with a dedicated com port, although if you can get your hands on a pc it would be better.

ive got laptop its letting me so for then wrong file plus my mate loaded eromupgrade to usb stick

Not sure what you are doing with the usb stick but you need the correct loader for the f3 on your desktop, also null modem cable.

he put the eromugrade to usb and i took it up the road to try it i no nothing about computers need help mate

I find better with xp on and Im guessing he may have given you software for the other openboxes. Why dont you download from link Ive given and try.
