how do i go about getting one of these boxes to work

I'm living in Ireland channels would be skyuk but just wondering how do i get one of these to work fully do i have to pay monthly or is this like the old Starview boxes please any information would be good as I'd like to have one of these setup by Christmas

you have to pay monthly or get a friend to give you a sea-lion.. the boxs on e-bay are fine. regards mdt

I got mine of ebay for 49 quid took latest firmware so yeah you should be good (or i got lucky )
