    Un-bricked an Openbox s9

    So if You use the "Recover your Dead Openbox" method via null usb cable, is it gonna reset all my stuffs? including the server setting which i paid forr??

    No. Do you have a backup of your firmware that you had on your box and or your server info.

    Edit: Reread your post and what Im saying is you will lose all your settings and server info.

      do a full firmware dump via rs232 even if the receiver appears dead,like from a clone kill.Then use the cccam ripper to copy a new bootloader block and maincode block to the bad firmware that has your cccam info.

        a clone kill erases the bootloader block and 1st 64k of app area,so the rest of the info stays intact except the receiver won't boot.The rs232 loader will still work in reverse to save the full dump to pc for repair.

          I think the easiest thing to do would be to contact the server and ask them to send you your line again, as your box is buggered.. just reflash it as normal then in put the details back into the box as you did before
          If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!
