hi, tried to make changes to already refined list but when I upload it to box it does reflect these.

Changes simple as the order, dragging say zee tv to channel number 1 over bbc 1. It shows in the view as being number 1 but doesnt roll over to the box. The file loads fine and I think I am saving it in the right way. Any help appreciated, thanks

I am using the current version of SE & found that a much more reliable way of editing is to split the file first & also, when loading the file back to the box it seems more consistent if you do a 'Delete All' first.

Of course you should also bear in mind that the pirated version which found it's way into the public domain is an older version which has known problems with saving files compatible with F3.

Using the demo unregistered version, allows for a few changes.

Still not working, i reckon i not doing something right, all i do is open the channel list, from a fellow user on here and drag and drop the channels in the order that i want. Save to abs then rename to dbs and upgrade on the box.

Try putting the attached files into the same directory as your PROG_DB file, run the 'split_dbs.exe & this will create two files, sat.rom & sat_tp_prog.udf, edit the sat_tp_prog.udf with Setedit, save it & then run the merge_dbs.exe this will recreate the original file with your changes, upload to the box & all should be fine.
