Skybox S11 7 day EPG???

Hi all, I'm new to all this openbox/skybox stuff so hopefully someone here can help me ... I recently got a skybox s11(not sure how it differs from an openbox?) and printed on the box it came in, it clearly says 7 day EPG but I can only get now & next information. Is there anything I can do to get the 7 day EPG??? Also is there any way of searching whats currently on another channel without the box switching channels?

The box is capable of displaying 7 day epg but Sly don't broadcast a 7 day epg, only now and next info. Some other satellite providers do broadcast a 7 day epg which your Skybox will be able to display. It's Sly fault. On there own boxes they get the 7-day info by some other means.

No way to browse whats on other channels without changing either. Ok box for the money but very basic in many respects.
