Hi can someone help with hd channels

Hi can someone help me.

I have a skybox m3 Hd and for some reason most of my hd channels are gone and it says no signal. normal channels are ok. it is to watch portuguese tv on hispasat.

rtp 1 hd and sport tv 1 hd are the 2 channels that are saying no signal but the others are ok.

I would check dish alignment and your LNB before anything else, HD channels are always first to go when one of those isn't quite right

Thank you for your response i think i will have to call somone out then, i thought it would be somthing simple.

IS there nothing else i could try before i call someone out incase its not the alignment or LMB might save me money

Have you checked your signal intensity and quality? ( press info 3 times ) mine is 90% intensity and 76% quality and i have no problems whatsoever

You could try your box on someone elses dish. If its works ok its your dish, cable or fittings to dish. If its the same its your box.

Hello mate yes on all of my other HD channels signal intensity (blue line) is 81% and the signal quality (green line) is 74%
which has always been like this before the channels disappeared. Now on the two channels that are missing it says no signal then when i press info 3 times the signal intensity(now grey line) is 41% and the signal quality(also now grey line)is 10%.All the channels are fine except the two main ones i watch, dont understand.
