Faulty S10 and S11 - Need fresh ideas

Hi

Got a couple of openboxes which are faulty and have tried everything I know so now need an input from someone else for ideas.

S10: Keeps losing picture every 30/40 secs briefly for about 5/10 secs, repeats the cycle. Even changed tuner but still same. Any one any ideas on this.

S11: Perfectly fine on sd channels but locksup/reboots on all HD channels. Again any ideas.

For both boxes have tried different firmwares but same.

Just bumping this up again.

I have a similar issue with an s11. It would constantly reboot from only one of the output from a sly quad lnb. And when I try another box on that same output same effect rebooting.
What I should have done was to move the cable to another output to see if problem moves with the cable. One other thing i should mention. I have straight connector coupling two lenghts of wires. So I'll be checking(change) that aswell
