m3 box freezing on boot

hi i would appreciate some help i have had a m3 sky box for about 3 months its working good i have the scooby snack firmware installed and ajs channel list but the problem i have is every time when i boot the box up after its been off from the mains it freezes on start up and does it at-least three times so i have to keep turning it on and off any help on how to solve this i can only turn it off from the mains when it freezes

mine is doing the exact same thing on the new official m3 fw and it starts to crash/freeze alot, mayb hardware faults
