Probs a really simple something im missing. Got my skybox f3 all set up and entered the clines provided although they all report as offline. I have messaged the supplier and they have confirmed they are working so it must be a problem at my end. I have tried DHCP off etc. Tried entering them manually aswell as via usb, ticked unticked rebooted, set static ip, even port forwarded the relevant ports still no joy. What else can i try. I have a BT Home hub if that makes any difference.

They are telling fibs. No ports open for incoming acess.

click on each line and press active, "green button i think" then reboot your boxComment

I had the same problem and i had to change the DHCP to on make sure you pressed active in the ***** section unplug the router & the box restart the router first then box.

see if you got youtube working, i know its not what your on about but if you get you tube working at least you know you have Internet access, so you can tick that off as done,Comment
