new f3 box no signal

hi folks,,i've brought a brand new f3..put the latest channel list on it..rebooted.but got no signal on every single i've tried a rescan but nothing comes down..i've tried it on a different dish and still same problem,even tried another f3 box on same dish and that works straight away..any ideas pls..thx
