Does anyone know what causes EPG not to work?

I have a receiver here where nothing get's download? But all the channels work, receiving a good signal from the dish. Internet is with Cable if that matters.

You can't get epg.. Only now and next

As digidan says above, epg will not work on 28.2, works perfect on some of the other sats, like 26e badr and 13e, 19e
