need the SD channels...

hi, need help. i recently updated my channel listings with the new aj's one but i have no standard def channels unlike my older listings and no i have no backup of them sorry, reason being i can not get signal on all my hd channels so i have to use the sd version of that channel. person who installed it all for me said as a guess it may be a weaker signal because im using a communal dish. basically a big dish what all the residents use to prevent dishes been installed onto the building. i would just be so grateful if there is a link anywhere with all channels including the SD versions even if i have to downgrade channel listings to get my SD ones back too.

i have a openbox s11 and live in england if thats all the info u need. and thanks in advanced
