    skybox f3 stopped at "load"

    can anyone help,i had this box for about 2 weeks ,try to put the channel list dated 8 dec 12,but after upgrading try to reboot the box ,it cannot reboot ,it stopped at load and does not do anything

    try and reflash it

      yes you will need to re flash the box with a rs232 null modem cable

        cheers m8 i did reflash it using rs 232 yesterday and it works and back running thanks

          Hi this has happened to my mate.If i reflash it using r2 cable can i then try and update the channel list once i get it back on or just leave it alone?

            Use usb stick to make a backup of newly flashed working box first. Store backup on PC. Then attempt the ch list update.

                iits always best to back up your box type thing, and its so easy to store it on line as well or on your pc, i just zip mine up and get it stored safe, if you have not got a pc with a com port a lot been thrown out these day as people upgrade, so if you see one its worth getting hold of one, with this world of re-flashing boxes its life saver, myself if new firmware comes out and its something i don't need then i don't update, thats just me, no point fixing want isn't broke kinda thing

                      to my it same thing happened, but install a backup and new firmware and still the same, anyone know of any solution?
