Skybox f3 wifi dongle problem

I am facing the following problem with my Skybox f3 and the wifi dongle. Every time i am switching off and on my box with the remote i have to put again my routers code through the Skybox menu. Every time . search for router and enter the code again and again. Is there any way the code to be kept at Skybox.Thanks in advance !!!

hi mate i whud reflash the box with new firmwhere and see how that goses

I all ready tried that but with no result. It asks for the router code every time i open the box. Is it how it works or is it a problem that i only am facing with my Skybox f3?
