hi, i got a skybox f3 and on certain channels (documentaries) i get glitching but on the sports i have a perfect picture with no interuption,could this be down to the firmware i have on the box?

Check the strength/quality of your signal by pressing the info button on the remote three times.
First try on a good channel then on a bad one to see if there is a difference.
