think you need to explain in a bit more detail..

I take it you have a motorized dish or other means of picking up multiple satellites and are not just sat with a fixed dish pointing at 13e expecting to pick channels up on 1w..

If you have a motorised dish you need to go into menu and select the sat setup, select the sats you want to use then set the motor to usals and do a blind scan of the sats.
If you use multi lnb or 2 dishes with disq switch then instead of selecting usals change the disq settings to suit your requirements and do a blind scan.
If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!

i use 4 lnb and i have set them right i thing, i can get picture.
adn i have foloving sats . thor, sirius, hotbird, eutelsat 16

subs work on hd channelels and other channel with only one sub,
If I choose c more, that channel sent it with multiple subtitles Swedish, Finnish, Danish and Norwegian
. I chose Swedish as the main language. but when I select subtitles so they jump started only 3 secunder and then disappear, only way to get the subtitles in the channels is to manualy turn them into teletext but then I can not change channels if I do not press the exit

      sorry my bad english

No problem mate, that description is a lot better, unfortunately i don't use the subtitles so have never come across this problem.
Hopefully one of the lads on here may know how to solve the issue and point you in the right direction.

I don't use the openbox downstairs now so i cannot have a play around to try and find a fix.

Hope you get it sorted out.
