openbox freeze

Hi,
We have openbox s10 and when signal goes low and comes back the box doesnt take it .. Is it a known problem .We have to manually restart the box or else we can see the still picture till its rebooted before the signal went down. ANy suggestions?

My s9 freezes all the time nothing to do with anything other than the hardware it's self! I just live with it after all it was only 50 sheets. When it does it I have to toggle the power button remote does nothing! I have had every firmware under the sun on it nothing changes it and most firmwares have shocking lip sync issues anyway. I've give up messing with this box and I'm just sitting tight for a while see how things pan out before investing in a better unit
