Skybox f3 HD want allow me to scan channel

Hiya people iv got a Skybox F3 HD . I have done a channel scan on the multiple satallite option as some channels were working a few days ago and now come up with scrambled. After it had scan, the box just froze. I turned the box of as it wasnt responding to the remote. Now i have found out that i cant run a scan at all. the two options are blanked out in the menu.

Any help plz

Have you scanned a few times on multi sat as you may have filled the memory.

does it have a green tick next to it? basically is the satellite active?

nope it dosent have a green tick

well thats why its not coming up to scan! it needs to be active go on it and press ok to make active, then exit out from there saving it and then scan it

If the memory is full you would need to delete some channels.

You say you scanned on multi sat option:

Do you have a motorised dish?

Go into Installation
Satellite list
Place a tick againste 28.2e
Single satellite scan
Blind Scan

I'm assuming your in the UK

done that just scanning empty
