    Skybox M3 Rf out

Is there a way to stick a rf modulator on a skybox m3 without the tele its sending to being bad quality such as them wavy lines going across the screen.
Or is there another way i can send video and be able to keep it hd and change channel on the remote tv??
Or better still is there a box that has RF out and runs on enigma2??
    Cheers

As you have found out, RF modulators can be shite, especially when viewing on modern HD LCD tellies...

You could use a Wireless HDMI Sender, but the cheap ones use compression on the HD signal, so there could be noticeable degradation (blocking) with fast moving colourful scenes... Or for best quality then you could use a HDMI splitter and long HDMI cable to the other TV, together with a Wireless IR Repeater.. 10m long HDMI cables work no problem..

If HDMI cable is too difficult to send through your walls/Ceiling then HDMI over Cat5 cable is an option, CAT5 cable is a bit easier to chase through walls..

Ok thanks for quick response hd using cat5 looks good may have to chase that up.

Is there any boxes out there that will keep same quality as *** using rf modulator or is it a case of how good the modulator is

Its a case of how good the RF modulator, how good the coax shielding is, and how much electro interference is in proximity to that coax... I despise RF modulators, they are awful in this day and age... They were all well and good back in the day when we all had crappy CRT tellies, but not nowadays..

HDMI over Cat5 is good, it works, and Cat5 cable is dirt cheap and easy to get through walls.. You'd need an HDMI over Cat5 Extender kit.. Cheap ones use 2 separate Cat5 cables, and you would also need to buy a Wireless IR repeater.. The more expensive HDMI/Cat5 senders use a Single Cat5 cable, and some also have a built-in IR remote repeater..
