    f3 bootloop

I have recently got a skybox f3, no matter which version of firmware I load onto it, it sends the box into a bootloop, I can recover the skybox f3 with the firmware that came with the skybox f3 (I backed the firmware up before trying any others ) can anybody help ?

bootloop happens when you put wrong version of sw into your F3 they come preprogrammed you only need to add a channel file then back up image ,if you cant get into your box to put your back up in then do it with serial loader its on this forum somewhere

You say "no matter what firmware I try", but why are you wanting to change the firmware? If you dont know why, and have no real reason to do so then dont... Load a channel list and use the box...

        f3 bootloop

I was trying to update it because I was trying to get the wifi dongle to work, apparently they only work with a later version of firmware, so does this mean f3 cannot ever be updated? Thanks fellas for responding.
