So what did you do? Where was you going wrong?

You would have to go into menu and select satellites, then if the sats you want to scan are in the list select them; if they are not in the list select to 'add' which will be a coloured button, probs blue or green.. type in 13e and name it hotbird, now save it, if you want to add 19e do the same again,
now go to satellite setup
on the top line are the sats.. scroll left or right to change accordingliy, then go down to the motor set up to set
lat & longitude (thats if it is a motorised dish) if it is disq switch you can see the option to set the ports down near the bottom.. you will need to set this up to work with all the sats you want to work so change the sats on the top line then set up the motor as usals, disq or whatever you use.. now go back into menu and choose single satellite scan, choose to scan 13e and choose to do a blind scan. The dish 'should' go to 13e and start scanning..

If you use disq switch i find it better to manually add a tp first then i can set up the ports correctly as it will show the signal strength jump up when i select the correct port

Straight forward step by step, worked perfect, mistake I did was setting to Disq instead of USALS that's why now am getting everything.

I was setting my motor to Disq instead of USALS, so when I was scanning my channels my motorised dish was not moving at all, I did set to USALS, just make sure you set LNB FREQ correct the rest will be straight away.

I will be around to help anyone got stuck....

Hi all,

I'm having problem with my SKY UK channel because now is two days since having this issue, I have motorised dish and is moving around, So far I have got only 2 satellite which is HOTBIRD (13) and sky UK channel, but it is not working at all, when I check my signal is showing in Hotbird Signal Intensity 90% then signal Quality 71% and when I check sky Uk is showing Signal Intensity 90% and Signal Quality 51% but when I open any of the channel it say no signal nearly all of them no signal so I have got no clue here what to do..

make sure your lnb is set to( 9750-10600 universal) on every satellite,aj,s goes in automatic , the rest manually so everytime you put a new sat in make sure its 9750-10600 universal hope this helps.

i have same problem, and + i lost all transponders...how can i back transponders over usb? it is impossible to add one by one ( i add hotbird satellite now but nothing done because no transponders in mu TP list. please help
