Skybox M3 connection issue

I've been trying to setup my skybox m3 today but im having problems getting the line to go away from offline. sometimes it says login but switches to offline a couple of seconds later.

i think the issue is something to do with the ethernet but i have tried everything and cant seem to resolve the issue.
dhcp is on and i have tried toggling it. i have reset and changed the firmware countless times but nothing seems to resolve it.
my provider supports multiroom and its all fine on my duo.

Had the same issue as well, what I did on my mine just to remove c lines(CCcam.cfg) from my f3 box and trying again, I did this like 3 times and now I can see online...

If Youtube wont start up then your Box has not got access to the internet...

If using wifi, use an ethernet cable direct to your router instead.

i think that the problem is with the provider? as it starts working after leaving it on a channel for about 1 minute. the youtube app however just freezes whenever i try to load something up

im on bt infinity option 2 and i get full connnection speed with no packet loss? 76Mb/19Mb????
and its perfectly fine on my duo?
